What filtration on job work involves
Filtration is rarely bought alone; it is the step between reaction or crystallisation and drying, and a client who buys the reactor or the crystalliser on toll manufacturing buys the filter with it. It matters because the wash decides purity, the cake decides drying time, and the mother liquor decides yield and effluent. It also decides how much solvent the operators breathe.
Peeler, bag-lifting and basket centrifuges handle crystalline solids at speed; filter presses take large volumes of fine solids; agitated nutsche filter dryers filter, wash and dry closed in one vessel for solvent-wet or potent products. Sparkler and cartridge filters polish liquids. Mother-liquor recovery and closed operation are what separate a good toll plant from a bare one.
What to check before you send an enquiry
