Explore capacity by process, industry and cluster

Three ways into the same catalogue. Start from the unit operation you need run, from the industry whose quality expectations you work to, or from the cluster you want the material made in.

Toll manufacturing — job work, in the older Indian usage — is bought on fit, not on price alone. A campaign matches a plant when the unit operation, the vessel material, the batch size and the effluent route all line up: a 5 KL glass-lined reactor with a scrubber suits an acid-phase reaction that an SS316 vessel of the same volume cannot take, and a spray-drying line sized for 200 kg batches will quote badly for a two-tonne campaign.

Cluster matters for the same practical reason. Ankleshwar, Panoli and Vapi concentrate multi-purpose batch plants with CETP membership and solvent handling; Dahej leans towards larger continuous and bulk operations with jetty access; Vatva and Nandesari hold smaller intermediate and dyes units. Working inside one cluster shortens drum logistics, keeps your technical team’s visits to a single trip, and means the plant already handles the hazard class your chemistry sits in.

Counts below are live approved listings. Each tile opens the same search page with that filter applied, so you can add capacity, certification or district from there.

By unit operation

The process step you need run — reaction, separation, drying, size reduction, packing. This is the filter most enquiries start from.

No unit operation has a live listing yet. Search is open, and listings appear here the day our team approves them.

By industry served

Plants that already run campaigns for your sector know its documentation, cleaning and traceability expectations.

No industry has a live listing yet. As units are approved their sectors appear here.

By industrial cluster

India's chemical manufacturing sits in a handful of clusters. Choosing one keeps logistics, site visits and effluent compliance simple.

No cluster has a live listing yet. Gujarat, Maharashtra and Telangana clusters come online first.
